OBSERVED EXPOSED SINK NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. FOUND A WATER PURIFIER DEVICE, CLEANING SPONGE AND A GALLON OF VANILLA EXTRA, AND EXCESSIVE DRIED FOOD DEBRIS INSIDE THE SINK. INSTRUCTED OWNER, SINK MUST BE CLEANED AND ACCESSIBLE FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED, 7-38-030.
