A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served.found/observed no certified food manager on premises with city of chicago food sanitation certificate while preparing potentially hazardous foods(sandwiches)at time of inspection on 6/07/2010. citation issued #H000060178 chapter 7-38-012, with a court date of 7/08/2010, at 400 w. superior in room 112 at 9:00am.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers.
