MUST CLEAN WALLS BEHIND COOKLINE,UNDER AND ABOVE 3 COMP SINK,BEHIND COOLERS AND IN WASHROOM. MUST CLEAN OR REPAINT. ALSO CLEAN OR REPAINT ALL DIRTY DOORS AND DOOR FRAMES THROUGHOUT PREMISES.
FOUND CLUTTER IN REAR STORAGE AREA ON TOP OF REACH IN COOLER. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND STORE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.

FOUND ALL FOOD CONTACT EQUIPMENT,DEEP FRYERS AND FFOOD EQUIPMENT STAND,DOORS OF COOLERS NOT CLEAN.MUST DETAIL CLEAN EQUIPMENT OF OLD FOOD AND DEBRIS.ALSO CLEAN BOTTOM OF ALL PREP/STORAGE TABLES.
MUST INSTALL ALL MISSING/SOILED CEILING TILES.
NO THEROMETER FOR FOOD HANDLER,AND FRONT COOLER.MUST PROVIDE.
