THE SINK IN ROOM 100 LEAKS, RESEAL THE SINK FIXTURES. THE HOT WATER TAPS DO NOT SHUT OFF IN THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR BOY'S WASH ROOMS IN THE PRIMARY BUILDING. REPAIR THE PLUMBING.
OVER 10 LIVE COCKROACHES WERE FOUND IN THE CAFETERIA KITCHEN UNDER THE HAND SINK IN A CONDUIT BOX AND TRAPS ON THE FLOOR BELOW AND IN THE DAMAGED BASE BOARDS UNDER THE SINK. OVER 20 DEAD ROACHES WERE FOUND IN THE AQUARIUM CABINETS. REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF INSECT HARBORAGE AND SEAL UP GAPS OPENINGS AND THE STEEL SHEET ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE OVENS.
THE PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING HAS NO HOT WATER. THE ONE CLASSROOM USUALLY FED IN THIS BUILDING WILL BE FED IN THE ATTACHED MAIN BUILDING UNTIL THE HOT WATER IS RESTORED. CHILDREN CAN WASH THERE HANDS IN THE MAIN BUILDING WASHROOMS. HOT WATER RESTORED TO THE PRIMARY BUILDING PLUMBING BY THE END OF THE INSPECTION.
THE LOOSE AND DAMAGED TILES IN THE KITCHEN ARE UNSANITARY, REPAIR THE FLOOR SO IT IS SANITARY AND EASY TO MAINTAIN.

REPLACE MISSING WALL TILE AT BASE OF WALL IN BOYS WASHROOM ON THIRD FLOOR AND GIRLS FIRST FLOOR WASHROOM, REPLACE MISSING WALL COVING AT BASE OF WALL IN BOYS WASHROOM ON SECOND FLOOR.
REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AT THREE COMP SINK IN KITCHEN.
