All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CABINET UNDER FRONT SERVING LINE NEED CLEANING & BETTER ORGANIZING.

MISSING CEILING TILES AT THE STOCK ROOM & CAULKING AROUND THE DISHMACHINE WALL WITH EVIDENCE OF MILDEW MUST BE ADDRESSED.
WATER LEAKING UNDER THE RIGHT PANEL OF THE DISHMACHINE & AT A WATER SUPPLY UNDER THE RIGHT DRAINBOARD OF THE SAME MACHINE, MUST FIX.
