When toilet and lavatory facilities are provided for the patrons of food establishments, such facilities shall be adequate in number, convenient, accessible, properly designed, and installed according to the municipal code.. THE FOLLOWING FOODS WERE OBSERVED IN THE HOT HOLDING CABINET: MACARONI AND CHEESE AT 121.1F, CHICKEN AT 120.1F, MASHED POTATOES AT 117.1F, CALZONES AT 117.1-123.0F, PIZZAS AT 114-125F, COOKED CORN AT 127.2F. THE FOLLOWING FOODS WERE OBSERVED IN THE PREP COOLER: SAUSAGE AT 44.2F, ROAST BEEF AT 46.9F, SALSA AT 44.6F. ALSO, SOUR CREAM CONTAINERS STORED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT 53.0F. MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED 70# OF FOOD WORTH $350. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
OBSERVED THE REAR PREP AREA HANDSINK WITHOUT PAPER TOWELS DURING THE INSPECTION. MANAGEMENT PROVIDED PAPER TOWELS AT THE HANDSINK AT MY REQUEST. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL HANDWASHING SINKS WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
REPLACE THE CRACKED LID FOR THE STORAGE CONTAINER FOR THE CROUTONS. REPLACE THE DOOR SEALS AROUND THE PREP COOLER DOOR NEXT TO THE GRILL.
DETAIL CLEAN THE STORAGE SHELVES ABOVE THE LARGE FLOOR MIXER AND STORAGE SHELVES IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA, MICROWAVE AT FRONT PREP AREA.
REPAIR THE OPENING ALONG THE CORNER OF THE WALL ACROSS FROM THE LARGE FLOOR MIXER.
REPAIR THE VENTILATION FAN IN THE WOMEN'S CUSTOMER WASHROOM. THE TOILET IN THE SECOND FLOOR WASHROOM IS IN DISREPAIR. MUST REPAIR. MANAGEMENT LOCKED THE DOOR TO PREVENT ACCESS TO THIS WASHROOM.
