Found/observed employee's not washing their hands while handling foods,changing task, gloves, also observed employee rubbing her hands on her apron, and not washing her hands, Citation #H000076876 issued.
Found observed front entrance, and rear exit doors not rodent proofed, doors had 1/4 inch, and 1/2 inch gaps on bottom of doors, also must provide current service invoices for pest control service.Citation#H000076876 issued.
Found food items not properly dated/labeled in coolers, reach in coolers, must date and label food items in coolers, reach in coolers.
Non food contact surfaces of cooking equipment, cooler shelving, prep table lower shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), interior/exterior of ovens in kitchen prep area not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), rear storage shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, 3 compartment sink not clean had excess dirt/grease build up, need detailed cleaning(corners).Floors in rear storage areas under shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).
