OBSERVED OVER 300 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND STORAGE SHELVES OF THE RETAIL AREA, ALSO THE STORAGE ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS REQUIRED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED BOXES OF CANDY AND EQUIPMENT STORED ON THE FLOOR. MUST INSTALL SHELVING BEHIND THE BALLOON COUNTER AND THE REAR STORAGE ROOM SO THAT BOXES ARE NOT STORED ON THE FLOOR. MUST STORE ALL BOXES OF CANDY UP OFF OF THE FLOOR. THRESHOLD AT REAR DOOR IS UNEVEN. MUST REPLACE.
