The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED STANDING WATER ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE WALL UNDER THE SCRAPE SINK. MUST MOP AND KEEP FLOOR DRY.

A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served. NO CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER PRESENT WHILE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS (EGGS, SAUSAGE, ETC.) ARE BEING PREPARED AND SERVED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-012.
PEST ACTIVITY WAS MINIMIZED.

POOR FLOOR GROUTING AT THE FRONT SERVING/COOKING LINE OF THE 'SABLE' RESTAURANT, MUST BE ADDRESSED TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
ANY CLUTTER/UNNECESSARY ARTICLES UNDER HANDSINK AT EMPLOYEE LOUNGE MUST BE REMOVED. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
