All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.WOODEN SHELVING IN FOOD PREP AREA NEEDS REPAINTING USING A NON-TOXIC FINISH WERE NOTED,RUSTY SHELVING INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.WALLS ABOVE STAND UP REFRIGERATORS WITH DUST BUILD UP,WALL ABOVE NORTH FOOD PREP TABLE IS NOT SMOOTH,EASILY CLEANABLE.
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.

MUST PROVIDE A GREASE TRAP AT FRONT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, AND REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AT SAME SINK
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT FRONT COOKING AREA, BY STOVE AREA
The traffic of unnecessary persons through the food preparation and the utensil washing areas is prohibited. MUST RESTRICT UNAUTHORIZED CUSTOMERS FROM ENTERING FOOD PREP AREA

CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS GREASE BUILDUP. CLEAN THE FLOOR IN THE STORE ROOM ALONG THE WALLS, IN THE CORNERS AND UNDER THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAS DUST BUILDUP.
WALLS HAVE CHIPPED AND PEELING PAINT THROUGHOUT PREMISES. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE PEELING PAINT AND PAINT ALL THE WALLS THAT NEED IT.
PROVIDE A GREASE TRAP AT FRONT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
