All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LABEL ON PREPARED FOOD CONTAINERS OR FOODS THAT ARE PACKAGED BY LICENSEE ON DISPLAY WITH FOOD NAME AND ADDRESS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN INSIDE BOTTOM OF 2DOOR REACH IN COOLER AT REAR PREP AREA,PREP.TABLE AND STORAGE SHELF UNDER SAME TABLE,MICROWAVE,BAKE OVEN,PANINI GRILL,MEAT SLICER,3COMP.AND MOP SINKS WITH DEBRIS ALL AT REAR PREP AREA;AND EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK AT FRONT PREPS,AND INSIDE OF TOILET BOWLS WITH STAINS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS ALONG WALLS IN DINING AND FLOORS AT DRY STORAGE ROOM AT REAR BR REAR EXIT DOOR WITH DEBRIS.

All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.Food handlers must have hair restraints when working around open food.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.Ice scoops must be stored,inverted in clean container.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.Found exposed raw brick behind service counter along drink prep table must be smooth,easily cleanable.
