Evidence of insects found on premises. Found evidence of live gnats in pot area-approximately 15 on walls and ceiling fixtures and in dish room on walls near garbage cans-approximately 5. Instructed to remove all live insect activity, detail clean and sanitize area. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
