The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS BEHIND REACH-IN FREEZERS AND ICE MACHINE IN REAR STORAGE ROOM. --- MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN REAR AREA OF BOILER ROOM. --- AND ALSO FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN TEACHERS LOUNGE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. NOTED SOME PEELING PAINT ON CEILING INSIDE BOYS WASHROOM IN LOWER LEVEL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE.

INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE MISSING HOT AND COLD FAUCET HANDLE/COVER (LEFT SIDE) AT HAND SINK IN GIRL'S WASHROOM (1ST FLOOR) NEXT TO GYM.

Openings noted around electric outlets and pipes in kitchen. Instructed to seal all opneings and holes.
