All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. CLEAN THE HOOD IN THE PREP AREA HAS DUST BUILDUP.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. CLEAN THE LIGHT UNDER THE HOOD IN THE PREP AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOOR IN THE BOILER ROOM ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS DUST BUILDUP.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. THE GIRLS TOILET ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR TOILET TWO AND TOILET THREE LEAKING AND SPRAYING WATER WHEN THEY ARE FLUSHED. CLEAN ALL THE VENTS IN THE PREP AREA AND IN THE LUNCHROOM HAS DUST AND DIRT BUILDUP. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THEM.

CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER AND BEHIND THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN.
