All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE FOLLOWING: INTERIOR/EXTERIOR OF ALL EQUIPMENT, ICE MACHINE, UTILITY SINKS, WALLS AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, PREP AREA, CEILING AT PREP AREAS, UNDER, AROUND THREE COMPARTMENT SINK/EQUIPMENT WALLBASE THROUGH OUT PREMISES, TOILETS, WALLS, VENT COVERS IN TOILET ROOMS, UNDER, AROUND SODA SYRUP UNITS, SOFT SERVE UNIT, AND TRASH CANS.
