All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; CHEST FREEZER, AND FRYER IN KITCHEN AND STORAGE CABINETS AT FRONT JUICE BAR AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REPLACE BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN KITCHEN, AND CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT.
