FOUND DISH WASHING FACILITIES NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. FOUND EXTREMELY LOW HOT WATER PRESSURE AT SPRAYER FOR 2ND COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST REPAIR SPRAYER OR INCREASE HOT WATER PRESSURE SO THAT HOT WATER FLOWS PROPERLY INTO THE 2ND COMPARTMENT. ALSO FOUND BROKEN STOPPERS AT SINK. MUST PROVIDE THREE WORKING STOPEERS.
