The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREAS HAS GREASE BUILDUP. ALSO CLEAN FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS DUST BUILDUP.

CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREAS HAS GREASE BUILDUP. ALSO CLEAN FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS DUST BUILDUP.
