FOUND NO HOT WATER PER CITY CODE AT NONE OF THE SINKS ON THE PREMISES. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030 CITATION #70227-11 ISSUED.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS/FREEZERS AND SHELVES THROUGHOUT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS, ALONG THE WALLBASE AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT/SINKS. MUST FIX BROKEN/DAMAGED FLOORS BEHIND FRONT COUNTER AND THROUGHOUT AS NEEDED. ELEVATE ALL ITEMS 6' OFF THE FLOOR.

The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.
