Storage shelves, deep fryer cabinets, unused equipment, cooler shelves and can opener not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Floor along wallbase not cleaned and behind equipment thru-out including basement. Instructed to detail clean. must remove excessive water on floor in basement.
Walls not maintained in basement. Instructed to repair wall to prevent water seepage. Must repair ceiling in basement to seal all cracks.
Unnecessary articles stored in basement. Instructed to remove all unused articles.
Multi use utensils not properly stored. Instructed to invert plates to prevent contamination before use. Must properly wrap utensils stored on table to prevent contamination.
Outside garbage area not cleaned or rodent proofed. Observed garbage overflowing on ground - boxes and food containers. Lids not tight fitting to prevent pest activity. Instructed that garbage must not be stored on ground and that lids must be tight fitting at all times to prevent rodent nuisance. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.

Sink stoppers not provided at three compartment sink. Instructed to provided stoppers for wash and sanitize compartments. Condensation line in basement leaking. Instructed to repair or reseal to prevent leak. Ventilation in men's toilet room not working. Instructed to repair exhaust fan.
Thermometer not conspicuous inside coolers. Instructed to have all thermometer hanging in front of coolers.
Interior ice machine not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize all parts.
Floor in basement and corners not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Light covers throught-out not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.
Potentially hazardous foods does not meet temperature requirements during storage, preparation, display and service. Found condiments on top of prep cooler thats in use maintaining improper temperature. Found fresh eggs approximately 1 dozen at 57.0 F, Sliced tomatoes approximately 2lbs at 52.8 F and cucumber sauce approximately 1 pint at 54.1 F. Instructed manger that potenially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below, manager discarded and denatured, approximately $20. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
Storage racks inside coolers not maintained. Instructed to remove rust and apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
