All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. COMPRESSORS & FAN GUARDS OF MOST COOLERS, WITH DUST BUILD-UP MUST BE KEPT CLEAN.
