MUST ELIMINATE SOURCE, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS & CONTACT P.C.O.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS ALONG WALLBASES UNDER SINKS IN BAR AREA & IN DISHROOM MUST BE FREE OF DEBRIS/FOOD STAINS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOLLOWING NEED CLEANING: CAN OPENER, INTERIOR OF HANDSINK & DRAINS AT 3-COMP SINK IN BAR; INTERIOR OF GARBAGE BIN AT BAR; FAN GUARDS OF WALK-IN COOLERS-DUE TO DUST/FOOD DEBRIS OR STAINS/SPILLS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SANITIZE ANY WALL SECTION WITH FOOD STAINS/SPLASHES OF BEVERAGES AT BAR, UNDER DISHMACHINE,OR PREP AREAS. MUST SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES OR SODA LINES ON WALL OR CEILING-TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.

THE FLOOR DRAINS IN THE BAR AND DISH ROOM AND THE SODA GUN HOLDERS IN THE BAR HAVE DIRTY BUILDUP INSIDE, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN SANITARY CONDITION TO REDUCE POSSIBLE PEST HARBORAGE.
