All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR OF COOLERS, ALSO FAN GUARD COVERS, REMOVE DUST FROM DRY STORAGE PRODUCTS I.E. CANNED GOODS/WATER STORAGE UNIT. DEFROST BOX FREEZER AND CLEAN (ICE CREAM)
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS THROUGHOUT NEED DETAIL CLEANING UNDER AND AROUND EQUIPMENT AND STOCK. ALSO ELEVATE STOCK 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR AND NEED A PATHWAY TO THE REAR DOOR FOR BOTH STORAGE AREAS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR WALLS AROUND REAR HANDSINK, REPLACE MISSING 3 1/2 FT OF COVING ENTRANCE TO THE REAR STORAGE, CLEAN WALLS AND CEILING IN THE WALK IN COOLER. NEED TO REPLACE ALL WATER DAMAGED CEILINGS TILES THROUGHOUT FRONT AND REAR OF STORE.
