All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. MUST INSTALL A NEW LIGHT BULB ON INTERIOR OF WALK IN FREEZER. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. ON 2-7-2011 AT APPROXIMATELY 3:35PM,OBSERVED EXCESSIVE GARBAGE OVERFLOWING FROM ALL GARBAGE RECEPTACLES AND PREVENTING THE PROPER CLOSURE OF RECEPTACLE LIDS. ALSO NOTED GARBAGE ON GROUND AROUND RECEPTACLES. MUST REMOVE ALL EXCESSIVE GARBAGE FROM RECEPTACLES AND FROM THE GROUND,PROPERLY CLOSE ALL LIDS AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN GARBAGE AREA. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020. MUST DETAIL CLEAN ALL COOLERS AND PREP TABLES AND REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS BEHIND AND UNDER ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS.
