All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN SHELVES IN DRY STORAGE AND UTENSIL STORAGE AREAS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN WEST CLASSROOM.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. INSTALL PROPER VENTILATION ABOVE STOVE HOODED AND DUCTED TO ROOF.

Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. INVERT ALL CLEAN MULTI-USE EQUIPMENT, POTS, PANS, ETC IN STORAGE AREA.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REPLACE MISSING FLOOR TILES IN STORAGE AREA. FLOORS NEED CLEANING IN UTILITY CLOSET AND DRY STORAGE AREA (EXCESS WATER). REPAIR THRESHOLD UNDER WEST DOOR.

INSTALL AN ATTACHED METAL DRAINBOARD ABOVE 3-COMP SINK. INCREASE HOT WATER PRESSURE ON EXPOSED SINK.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.NEED TO CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN CLASSROOMS, RESTROOMS AND IN KITCHEN. ALSO NEED TO REPLACE BURNT OUT BULBS IN CLASSROOMS.
