FOUND SUSHI COOLER AT SUSHI PREP AREA WITH AN AIR TEMPERATURE OF 46F. ALSO FOUND 2 DOOR GLASS DOOR PREP COOLER WITH AN AIR TEMPERATURE OF 48F. BOTH COOLERS WERE USED TO STORE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS. BOTH UNITS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. FAX REINSPECTION LETTER TO (312) 746-4240 AFTER BOTH UNITS ARE REPAIRED AND MAINTAINING AN AIR TEMPERATURE BELOW 40F. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
