All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN EXTERIOR OF FRYERS, BOTTOM CABINETS OF FRYERS AND REAR OF FRYERS TO REMOVE GREASE, FOOD PARTICLES AND DUST.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND MAINTAIN. CLEAN FLOOR BEHIND COUNTER THAT IS CONNECTED TO WALK-IN UNIT THAT IS NOT IN USE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE WALL COVING AT LOWER WALLBASE IN REAR AT RIGHT SIDE OF HOT WATER TANK.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.NEED TO CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS THRU OUT FRONT AND REAR OF RESTAURANT
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.NEED TO CLEAN CEILING VENTS, AND REPLACE WATER DAMAGED TILES(NOT FROM FIRE)
