The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DETAIL CLEAN THE WALLS OF THE LOWER LEVEL RESTROOMS UNDERNEATH THE HAND DRYERS.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN THE AREA UNDER THE VENTILATION HOOD AND THE FAN COVERS AND WIRE STORAGE RACKS IN THE COOLERS.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.CLEAN BRICK MATERIAL DEBRIS AT TOP OF WALL LEDGES IN 2ND LUNCH ROOM,NEXT TO DRY STORAGE.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. PROVIDE UNTHREAD FAUCET AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AND WATER PIPE UNDER THE WASH BOWL IN ROOM 101.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE SATURED WITH WATER,AND BROKEN BASE OF CABINET UNDER THE WASH BOWL IN ROOM 101.

NO HOT WATER AT RIGHT SIDE WASHBOWL IN STAFF RESTROOM. INSTRUCTED TO USE LEFT SIDE WASHBOWL WITH HOT WATER UNTIL SINK IS REPAIRED.
MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD IN WALK-IN FREEZER.
