The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Need to seal the gap on the walls by the water pipe under the front counter close to the exposed sink. Must repair the minor opening on the east side door.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must recaulk the splashguard of the 3 compt sink and the splasguard of the exposed hand sink, caulking worn out. Must install a splashguard between the 3 compartment sink and the exposed hand sink in the rear area.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Plastic black baseboard loose, must repair/reglue.
