Floor in walk in cooler under shelving, rear storage areas, under 3 compartment sink, and front storage areas shelving not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).
Damaged/stained ceiling tiles in rear storage areas,shall be provided. wall above 3 compartment sink area had peeling paint, shall be repair/sealed, sales floor damaged ceiling tiles shall be replaced/repair.
Missing light shields in rear storage areas shall be provided. Light shield above frozen dessert dispensing unit was missing end cap, shall be provided.
Exhaus vents(ventilation)in walk in cooler not clean need detailed cleaning.
