The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. The pipe insulation above the lower level boys restroom is loose and exposed, resael all exposed pipe insulation.
Store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between use.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Repair the potable water leak in the ceiling, work ongoing at this time. Repair leaky faucet in the 2nd flr janitors closet.

REMOVE LOOSE FIBERGLASS INSULATION IN THE BASEMENT BOYS WASHROOM CEILING PIPES.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. SWEEP UP THE LOOSE PAINT CHIPS ON THE FLOOR OF THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR STORAGE AREAS.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. The cafeteria bench behind the steam tablehas peeled dirty paint. Clean and reseal the bench.
