Repair the basement sink (unused)drain where it leaks. Install an exposed handsink easily accessable ot the rear prep area.

Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner. Repair the damaged baseboards along the sandwich prep line. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. THE BASEMENT HAS UNECESSARY CLUTTER, CLEAN OUT THE BASEMENT.
A FOOD HANDLER WAS PREPARING GROUND BEEF WITHOUT A HAIR NET. All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.

MUST REPAIR DAMAGED, CRACKED AND CURLED UP FLOOR AT REAR HALLWAY LEADING TO EXIT DOOR.MUST PROVIDE RACKS AT WALK-IN COOLER TO ELEVATE ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.
MUST PROVIDE SELF-CLOSING DEVICES AT BOTH CUSTOMER AND STAFF RESTROOMS.
MUST REPLACE MISSING AND WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES AT REAR STAFF RESTROOM.
MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS AT ALL FREEZERS AND COOLERS ON PREMISES AT ALL TIMES.
