The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOORS BEHIND BARS REQUIRE DETAIL CLEANING,FLOOR INSIDE WALK-IN-COOLER NOT SMOOTH,EASILY CLEANABLE.

Floors along walls and in corners in the basement dry storage areas and floors drains require a detail cleaning also elevate thresholds at rear exit door.
