All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. NO HOT WATER AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK OR EXPOSED HAND SINK, BATHROOM SINKS ETC. DUE TO OWNER REPLACED THE HOT WATER TANK. DURING INSPECTION PLUMBER WAS STILL WORKING ON IT.

VIOLATION STILL PENDING.DURING THE TIME OF INSPECTION WATER WAS BACKING UP AT THE GREASE BOX. THE 3 COMPARTMENT HAD PLUMBER PUTTY AROUND THE INSIDE OF THE SINK. THIS IS A PREP AREA FOR THE HOT DOG STAND AREA. NEEDS TO FIX REPAIR.

Unnecssary articles in basement. Instructed to remove unused items.
Potentially hazardous foods does not meet temperature requirement during storage, preparation, display and service. Found 2 1/2 gallon of sour cream at 52.8 F in 1st fl W.I.C. and hot dogs 15 lbs at 50.2 F to 51.7 F in 2 door prep cooler and sausage at 51.1 F. Instructed manager that potentially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below in cooler. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A). Manager voluntarily denatured and discarded, value $130.
Outside garbage area not cleaned, maintained or rodent proofed. Found outside garbage dumpster overflowing with garbage on top and on ground around dumpster. Over ten bags of garbage and food debris. Dumpster lids will not close, creating rodent nuisance. Instructed to have area maintained and dumpster lids tight fitting at all times. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
Dish washing facilities not maintained or operated. While running and draining water on right side of 3 comp sink, water coming up middle and left side-cloudy with food debris. Instructed to detail clean drainline and grease trap to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.

Basement 2 door prep cooler internal temperature at 53.3 F, while all are storing potentially hazardous foods inside. Instructed manager that coolers must maintain 40 F or below. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A). 'Held for Inspection' tag placed on all three coolers.

SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED: 7-38-020
Rear storage areas reaquire a detail cleaning and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and properly store items 6' off floor/wall for easier cleaning.
Toilet room door must be self closing.
Floors along walls and in all corners require a detail cleaning especially in basement storage areas.
