INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO STORE ALL FOOD IN SANITARY CONTAINERS INSIDE ESTABLISHMENT TO PROTECT FROM CONTAMINATION AND THE ELEMENTS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOLLOWING NEED CLEANING: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF HOLDING UNITS, STEAM TABLES, PREP TABLES, SINKS, COUNTER
