All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST SEAL/PAINT BOTTOM PANEL OF MEAT PREP AREA CUTTING TABLE.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; BASEMENT FREEZER, COOLERS THRU-OUT PREMISES AND KITCHEN EXPOSED SINK.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REPAIR/SEAL WALK IN COOLER FLOOR, CLEAN FLOORS AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS THRU-OUT, AND KEEP BASEMENT FLOOR DRY TO PREVENT PEST FEEDING/BREEDING.
