MUST REPLACE HOT AND COLD WATER FAUCETS ON EXPOSED HAND SINK IN KITCHEN PREP AREA WITH A SINGLE FAUCET WITH HOT AND COLD WATER SO THAT WATER TEMPERATURE CAN BE ADJUSTED WHEN WASHING HANDS.
