All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPAIR PEELING PAINTS ON WOOD SHELF IN KITCHEN AT REAR.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. MUST PROVIDE LABEL WITH DATE ON PREPARED AND READY TO EAT FOOD CONTAINERS IN COOLERS.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. MUST INVERT ALL CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS AND SINGLE SERVICE ITEMS ON SHELVING UNITS THROUGH OUT FACILITY.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CLEAN WALLS AT DISHMACHINE HAND SPRAYER SCRAP SINK BUILDING DARK-GREEN LIKE OBJECTS.MUST REMOVE FOOD UTENSILS STORED BETWEEN WALL AND HAND SPRAYER SINK ON DISHMACHINE.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUT PREMISES UNDER ,BEHIND AND AROUND ALL LITCHEN EQUIPMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST REPLACE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN REAR PREP AREA.
