All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. No license pest control company. Must provide pest control log book,and have premises service.
All food establishments that prepare, sell, or store hot food shall have adequate hot food storage facilities.Must have cold holding units operating and maintaining 40F or below and freezers at next inspection,0F or below.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Instucted to clean dust and debris from all equipment (sinks display shelving,etc.)
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must clean all floors thru-out of debris,and must seal or provide floor tile behind counter.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Must remove all unnecessary articles,equipment etc,from premises.

DEFROST INTERIOR OF WALK-IN COOLER NEAR MILK. REPLACE SOILED CARDBOARD TRAYS ON CHIP SHELVES. REMOVE POP CRATES OFF FLOOR AND PROVIDE SHELVING FOR STORAGE.
CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL SHELVES IN SALES, STORAGE AND FRONT COUNTER AREAS.
