All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER VISIBLE INSIDE COOLER IN THE KITCHEN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. NOTED WALLS BEHIND/AROUND MOP SINK IN POOR REPAIR WITH PEELING PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO FIX.-----MUST SEAL OR PAINT RAW WOOD SHELVES (BEHIND DOOR) INSIDE KIDS WASHROOM.
