All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SPLASH GUARD CONTROL ON EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK ON THE PREP SIDE.ALSO HOME STYLE DISH MACHINE WHICH WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY ON FACILITY DURING LICENSE INSPECTION ON 3-05-10 MUST REMOVED FROM PREMISES. RECOMMENDED TO INSTALL HIGH TEMP DISH MACHINE 180.0F OR LOW TEMP 140.0F DISH MACHINE/ SANITIZER.
