A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATIONS NOT CORRECTED FROM REPORT #159520 DATED 7/7/09. #32-MUST PROVIDE LID/COVER FOR THE ICE BINS BEHIND THE BAR TO PROTECT THE ICE FROM DUST AND CONTAMINANTS.#35-CEILING VENTILATION COVER ABOVE THE REACH IN FREEZER IN THE STORAGE ROOM WITH DUST BUILT UP. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL. #37- NO SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR OF THE EMPLOYEES WASHROOM. MUST INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE.CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. FILTER BY THE HOOD NOT MAINTAINED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST ORGANIZE THE SHELVINGS IN THE PREP AREA. STORE PENCILS ORGANIZER AND PAPERS/RECEIPT AWAY FROM THE CANNED FOODS.

walk in cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint, shall be repair/replaced.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, cabinet shelving not clean need detailed cleaning, door tracks of coolers in bar area need detailed cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, 3 compartment sink, and storage shelving need cleaning(corners).
Damaged ceiling tile in mens bathroom shall be replaced.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in bar area, bathrooms need cleaning.
