FOUND ICE CREAM FREEZER DIPPER WELL NOT CONNECTED INTO WATERLINE AND DRAIN LINE (IN THE KITCHEN). INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY CONNECT.---------MUST REPAIR LOOSE FAUCET NECK (RIGHT SIDE) AT HANDSINK INSIDE LADIES WASHROOM.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO RESEAL UNSEALED FLOOR BASEBOARD TILE BEHIND ICE MACHINE NEXT TO 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN REAR.
