All dish washing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. WATER BACKING UP FROM FLOOR DRAIN ONTO THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK- MUST REPAIR DRAIN AND/OR CLEAN GREASE TRAP. CITATION ISSUED- SERIOUS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PAINT EXTERIOR OF GREASE TRAP.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Use dustless cleaning methods. CLEAN ALL DUSTY CEILING VENTS IN ALL WASHROOMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DAYCARE CENTER. ALL ENTRY/EXIT DOORS TO BUILDING MUST BE TIGHT-FITTING UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM AS WELL AS ALONG THE CENTERS AND SIDES TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY. SEAL LOOSE BASEBOARDS IN CLASSROOMS WHERE NEEDED.
