May 25, 2012THE TWO EXPOSED HAND SINKS NEXT TO THE VEGETABLE SINKS NEED TO PROVIDE SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM TO PREVENT COMTAMINATION. CLEAN THE TWO FAN GUARDS INSIDE THE WALKIN COOLER HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM.
CLEAN THE VENTS UNDERNEATH THE BOTH HOODS IN THE PREP AREA.
CLEAN THE LIGHT SHIELDS UNDERNEATH THE BOTH HOODS THEY HAVE GREASE BUILDUP ON THEM.
