Found the front entrance door to the food establishment not closing properly and the door that leads into the garage where a walk-in-cooler is stored must be insect/rodent proofed (approxiamtately 1/4' mode of entry) and the pest control log book is incomplete must provide,maintain map locator to identify pest control services.
Must provide,maintain splashguards at the exposed handsinks in kitchen/food prep areas,replace cutting boards that have deep cuts.
Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards in kitchen so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner,including rear room where the mop sink,ice machine are stored. .
Clean and maintain the walls and ceilings so they are smooth and sanitary from top to bottom remove peeling paint/debris from ceiling in kitchen areas.
The mop sink must be connected for waste water disposal. Backflow prevention devices must be installed for the mop sink,the coffee expresso machine.Also sprayer at the dishmachine is missing must provide,maintain.
Must provide a faucet at the exposed handsink in kitchen such that the hot/cold water is mixed,accessible also repair water leak at drain pipe same sink.
Unused pieces of kitchen equipments stored at rear outside area must be removed from the premises.
