OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 5LBS COOKED PASTA IN A STRAINER IN THE KITCHEN MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK WHILE THE OTHER WASH AND SANITIZE COMPARTMENTS WERE SET. DIRTY PANS OBSERVED IN THE WASH COMPARTMENT AND A WET, DIRTY TOWEL HANGING OVER SINK NOZZLE ABOVE THE CONTAINER OF PASTA. PASTA DISCARDED.
