All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Milk reach in cooler door rubber gaskets ripped. Must repair/replace all damaged cooler door gaskets.

DOOR GASKET OF MILK COOLER AT FRONT SERVING LINE IS IN POOR REPAIR, MUST FIX/REPLACE. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
INNER PANEL OF WALK-IN FREEZER IS PULLING AWAY FROM THE DOOR, SHOWING THE INSULATION THRU A GAP, MUST FIX & MAINTAIN. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
NO ONE ON PREMISES WITH A CITY SANITATION CERTIFICATE WHILE HANDLING/SERVING HAND-DIPPED ICE CREAM. MUST ONE, AT ALL TIMES ANY OPEN POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD IS PREPARED, HANDLED , SERVED. A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served.
