FLOORS UNDER/AROUND HEAVY EQUIPMENT/COOLER MUST BE KEPT FREE OF FOOD DEBRIS/FOOD STAINS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. COUNTERTOPS & CABINETS BELOW THEM MUST BE FREE OF COFFEE STAINS/SPILLS. THE COOLER SHELF (SELF SERVICE) MUST BE KEPT CLEAN ALSO. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. NOTED DUST BUILD=UP ON A CEILING VENT & THE WEST WALL OF THE PREP STATION-MUST KEEP CLEAN. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
