APPROXIMATELY 8 DRAIN FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON THE WALLS OF THE TOILET ROOM. ALSO OBSERVED POISON RODENT PELLETS ON FLOOR OF THE BOILER CLOSET-MUST PROPERLY STORE IN A SANITARY MANNER IN AN ENCLOSED BAIT STATION.ALSO REAR DOOR TO PREMISES NEEDS RODENT PROOFING LIGHT COMING THROUGH. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY,RODENT PROOF SAID DOOR. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
